also specializes in both nutrition and menopause (let’s work with your hormones
and not against them) is exactly what you need to give you the education and
support to guide your fitness journey. In person coaching is a great way to get
individualized attention with a hands-on approach.

These personal training packages are designed to be flexible and personalized for each client. I understand that you have a busy schedule, so I work with you to fit your training sessions into the best schedule for you.

There are no one-size-fits-all approaches to fitness. As a certified personal trainer who specialize in helping women get fit and achieve their health and fitness goals. I’ll design a workout plan that is tailored specifically to you and your needs— while teaching you proper form so that you can stay safe while working out. I make sure you're getting the most out of each exercise session by providing feedback on what works best for your body type and skill level so that you can reach your goals faster than ever!

One & Done Personal Training: If you're new to VIP Fit Club, or if you've been a member for a while but don't know where to start, I can help!

This 1-hour training session is designed to help you set up your own individualized training plan. I'll meet with you face-to-face, talk about your goals and what you want from the VIP program, and then create an individualized training plan for your needs.

You'll leave with a personalized pdf of your training plan so that when you come back for your workout or session at the gym, your individualized workout plan is right there ready for you to execute.
