I know this because I lived it.
I spent years feeling drained, anxious, and frustrated in a body that no longer responded the way it used to. My labs were “normal,” my discipline was strong, and yet my energy, sleep, and metabolism kept declining. I was stuck in survival mode — exhausted during the day and wired at night.
Healing didn’t come from pushing harder. It came from understanding my hormones, calming my nervous system, rebuilding my metabolism, and learning how to support my body through midlife — not fight it.
Now I guide women through the same process with a grounded, realistic approach that honors where your body is now. No extremes. No guilt. No shame. Just clarity, support, and a path back to steady energy, better sleep, and trust in your body again.
